Steamboat and Seafood buffets at hotels..

Having had a trawl of some threads and info on Tripadvisor, i spotted that a couple of the hotels do buffets serving seafood or steamboats.

Can anyone tell me anything about either of these? Where are they, are they any good, and approx how much does cost?

I went to a seafood one in Dubai a few years ago that was amazing, it would be great if i could find another one that was as good in Singapore!

Thanks!
