safe drinking water

Is it safe to drink tap water - I object to the $10 a bottle my hotel (rendezvous) place in room

safe drinking water

Ya, its safe and drinkable direct from tap. If you are unsure and to be extra careful, boil it and bottle it yourself.

Hv fun.

You can also easily get mineral water everywhere for %26lt;$2. In fact, Fairprice has 500 ml bottle at $0.30. You are absolutely right to reject the one provided by the hotel, real rip-off.

Just go to Carrefour at Plaza Singapura (7min walk from hotel) %26amp; stock up on ur drinking water. Otherwise, if there is a Electric Kettle, just boil the Tap water %26amp; U are ready to have Free Clean drinking water. And if U need a bottle, just walk to the corner of Bencoolen street (next to hotel %26amp; bthe 24hr Kopitiam food court) there is a 7-Eleven, just buy a bottle of small Pokka Green Tea (About S$1.30) and reused the bottle after U done with the Green Tea. (I alway find Pokka Bottle of good quality for reused).

Have a good time.

Singapore%26#39;s mains water standard is as good or better that of the UK which is entirely safe to drink.

If mineral water is your thing and the hotel prices are too high then any mall will solve your problem.
