Air Asia airport in Singapore

I cannot make out what airport Air Asia uses in Singapore. I am planning to fly with Jet Star from Perth to Singapore (Changi Airport) and need to take a connecting Air Asia flight from Singapore to Kuala Lumpur. Does Air Asia fly to KL from Changi (if yes, from which terminal?) or from Johor Bahru? Is it possible to transfer in 3 hrs and 20 minutes from Johor to Changi? Thank you

Air Asia flies to KL from BOTH Singapore (SIN - Changi Airport Terminal 1) and Johor Bahru (JHB - Senai Airport). Check which airport you have booked from. ie JHB-KUL or SIN-KUL.

From Johor to Changi (may be different for the reverse direction) in 3h20m is do-able, you can book a taxi from the taxi counter at Senai Airport in Johor Bahru direct to Changi Airport in Singapore. Figure on about MYR 180-200 for the one way trip. Technically speaking if you have 3h20m between flights and want to allow 2h between checking in for your connecting flight and its departure, you have abt 1h20m for the journey including crossing 2 border checks, which should be alright depending on what time you are transiting. Expect traffic jams during peak travel times (PM rushhour on weekdays, Fri evenings, Sun evenings, etc.)

Ciao!

Air Asia use Changi 1 airport.

It is a big hassle and stressful to take flight from JB to KL.

You need to clear the following and transfer.

Singapore airport to JB(Senai airport)

1)Singapore immigratiom %26amp; custom

2)JB immigration %26amp; custom

3)Senai airport immigration.

4)Taxi from Singapore airport to Queenstreet taxi . terminal

5)Queen street taxi to Kota raya(JB)

6)Shuttle transfer from Kota Raya to senai sirport

Strongly suggest to fly AirAsia from Changi 1 to KL
