Has anyone got any opinions about the Concorde Hotel, or the Meritus Mandarin...Does anyone know a good quality 3 or 4 star hotel with pool.

Try the City Bayview, Carlton Hotel or the New Quincy Hotel. YMCA @ 1 Orchard is a nice hotel with a rooftop pool too.
