Qantas/BA Lounge at Changi

Hi,

I wondered if anyone has used the Qantas/BA FIRST class Lounge at Changi Airport?

Can anyone tell me what it is like in terms of what food you can get there, and if there is a SPA area or anything?

AC, the food is OK, buffet plates - not table service. Shower are available, but no Moulton Brown spas :-) If you looking to compare with the Healthrow lounges, then you%26#39;ll be disappointed. If you%26#39;re just after a place to sit and relax it will be fine.

Note that given the high amount of transit traffic in Singapore, the lounge gets very full around the 8-10pm peak when traffic from/to Sydney/London/Frankfurt intersects.

Thats useful. I%26#39;m going to be part of that London Traffic- departure about 10pm.

Not sure what time i should get to the airport for, especially if the Lounge isnt all that.

7.30-8pm maybe?

AC, depends what you%26#39;re after. Many would say its a good airport for shopping. If you don%26#39;t care about that, then for a 10pm flight an 8:30 arrival at the airport is plenty of time.

First class has a dedicated (and very quick) checkin, immigration is very fast.

if it%26#39;s your first time to Singapore, just remember that the security check is actually at the gate (not at immigration). So you will need to get to the gate in reasonable time.
