Where?
Also-If you want to go to one of the tall buildings do they have viewing areas or do you have to pay to eat at a restaurant?
Best views of Singapore...
The Equinox bar, where for the price of a drink, offers some amazing views over the city.
Mount Faber cable car to Sentosa is a great experience, again with great views.
The Singapore Flyer, when it re-opens is fantastic.
The Carlsburg Tower on Sentosa.
Kent Ridge Park is full of lovely views.
In short Singapore fabulous, and the list of views goes on as I%26#39;m sure other friends will add there particular favorite views. Enjoy. Alan.

Hi Agaveplant,
Other places include:
1) There is a revolving restaurant in Singapore known as the Prima Tower Revolving Restaurant. It offers quite a good seaview and it%26#39;s unique because it rotates... so you get a 360degree view. =)

2) Labrador Park. You could take a walk in this park and there are some good spots for viewing.
3) Fort Siloso in Sentosa Island. There is a tunnel leading you uphill. At the top it offers pretty good view.
There are some more public areas for viewing... but just cant remember it off-hand. Hopefully someone else will offer you good suggestions.
Cheers,
Suying

There is an area called the Mt. Faber Scenic park where some good restaurants are located, u can dine with a killer view at night.
If not, u can just go there in a cab and walk around, view is still the same !
I had a great view over Clarke Quay and the reverse bungee from Tung Lok%26#39;s Signatures restaurant located in The Central. We sat on the balcony and had the most delicious food there. What a great restaurant. On the same level there are a couple of other restaurants here which would offer roughly the same view. But be quick at Signatures - there are only two outdoor tables from my memory. Don%26#39;t have to go to pricier places for a great view. This is a really nice looking place.
Cool thanks.
At the moment I am thinking high tea at the Equinox, then segue straight to Happy Hour at the next floor up [71st] there too! But will check out all those suggestions.
Also check out the New Asia Bar at the Swissotel Stamford at Raffles City. Decent happy hour there too which includes Champagne cocktails (ie, Kir Royale) and quite nice bar food.
i agree. mt faber definitely have nice view.
you can also try takiing the singapore flyer for a view of the city area.
