Does anyone know when this is due to open, or if construction is running to schedule?

The only information I can find says 2010, but not what month. We are planning a trip to Thailand in April 2010 and if it is going to be open by then we may plan a stopover on the way.

Unlikely to open in April 2010.... that%26#39;s like only 1-year away. Probably end 2010, even then only partial opening.
