Singapore Science Center is one of the most interesting place for any Teenager:

Snow City is just about 2min walk from Science Center (Yes, just next door). But that is man made snow....

Schools often organize visiting trips to these two places too, so it is suitable for teenagers, but you may well bump into big groups of students (sometimes rowdy ones). So be mentally prepared. I think morning visit has a higher chance of avoiding them, but again no guarantee.
The Science Centre is on my personal must visit list for whenever Im in Singapore. It has an obvious subject matter which might not attract some. Its a very good example of its type, well laid out, easy to understand but actually gets quite advanced in places. The IMAX theatre next door is an added bonus although at an added cost that is higher for the film than entry to the Science Centre itself.
The History of Flight section that was in there was closed and that area now holds a series of changed temporary exhibits - so look at the Centre%26#39;s website to see what will be on.
I%26#39;ve never been to Snow City myself, so its hard to comment beyond the fact that when visiting Singapore its simply not something that has ever leapt out at me for there and then. If I wanted an indoor snow slope then we have some here at home so it loses out, but more because there is all the other stuff I want to do in Singapore than because the idea is totally unattractive.
pl take note that Science Ctr is closed on Monday except on Public Holiday.
It is just a 60 metre long snow slope. and nothing else.
