is there anywhere on a high floor for english high tea - we are not here on a weekend. is there a dress restriction and can you give approx price pls

The only high floor high tea with a view I can think of is the Swissotel The Stamford Hotel. However, if I%26#39;m not mistakened their hi-tea is more of an international hi-tea... that is if i get your definition of an English High Tea correctly = 3 tier pasteries.

If you arent too particular about the view, a venue with pretty ambience is at the Shangrila...and I think they do serve the English High Tea at Rose Veranda Restaurant.
