Hi, we have been trying to book with Conrad their January Sale which is clearly advertised as breakfast inclusive plus kids stay and eat free. We have asked to book two rooms as there are three adults and two kids (age 6 and 8) in our travelling party. So one room will have two adults and one child and the other room one adult and one child. They are happy for us to book the two rooms but are insisting that we pay for the kid%26#39;s breakfast. We are really confused why we would have to pay for the kids breakfast under the terms and conditions of this deal. It just seems weird since normally there would be two adults in each room which would have breakfast included and surely two small children would not exceed the allowance of one adult at breakfast time?
Can anyone offer any suggestions?

Does it have to be the Conrad Centennial?
Hilton has the same January sale, maybe they are more flexible?
It does look a decent offer although I believe its weekends only?
Conditions of the offer seem to vary from property to property without any rules

Does the rate include breakfast for the adults? If so then the second room child should definately get free breakfast as there are only 2 occupying the room, as standard free breakfasts is always for for up to 2 people. If the the deal is kids eat free when accompanied by paying adults then it may well be different as they may be expecting 2 paying adult breakfasts before giving out the free ones to kids.
under the condition that kids eat free (btw, what is the age limit, 12 and under or 5 and under ?), it usually meant for 2 paying adults (for the room). So in your case, it had been satisfied. U shouldnt pay for breakfast or most, only pay for one child (as the 2nd room didnt meet the requirement of 2 adults).
Good Luck
PS. I would ask to speak to a manager :) or just make your reservation for the two rooms under that deal, upon check in, insist on speaking with the manager about the terms and condition.
Thanks. They have now told me that they will honour the second adults breakfast and give it to one of the childen. Which is what I was asking in the first place! Thanks for your suggestions though.
