Food without MSG

Is there a food hall in the City Hall region where it is generally accepted that the food will not contain msg. I%26#39;m allergic to it so need to believe when I%26#39;m told it%26#39;s not present.

Any Cooked food can say they do not add MSG (or NO MSG) but the by product they used or get from manufacturer already contain MSG.

You alternative might be those Greens.

Most asian food in this region contain MSG, unlike in the UK or Aus where they proudly state ';No MSG'; and mean it. I think it%26#39;s best that you forego asian food and just stick with western meals ... I reckon that%26#39;s what Me_Only means by ';Greens'; (salad).

Some Indian restaurant at Little India openly display no '; MSG';

The spices used will enhance the flavor of the food,hence will not required MSG

Nice and delicious Indian food.

Avoid Chinese food,plenty of ';MSG';

Indian sounds great - better than fish and chips anyway.
