Is there any hotel that allow 2 adults + 2 children (3+5years) + 1 baby to stay in one room?
Maybe we can have one twin room with a baby cot?
We are thinking of using AMEX points and have therefore been looking at Holiday Inn Park view, but also Intercontinental, Sheraton Towers, St Regis and Regent.
Does anyone know about Holiday Inns regulations?
Other hotels?
4 persons + 1 baby in one room? Holiday Inn?
For the hotels in your list, naturally the most luxurious one is the St. Regis which offers big rooms but not as kids friendly (in their furnishing).
I would pick Sheraton Towers next due to location (next to MRT station and had just finished their renovation, offering a brand new lovely club lounge which would be useful with 3 kids of milk drinking age). Though since their renovation, I am not sure of their policy in room occupancy (if they r like the rest of their chain, max in a room is 4)
Regent is a great hotel and they love kids, concierge is one of the better ones in town. Anyways, their pool is not ideal for kids but still a good place to hang out if ur kids can swim (if not I had left quite a few floating devises behind for others for future uses). If u can get their suite, that would be the best coz it is a connecting room (they put two rooms together, some had a door, others have sliding doors).
Intercontinental I am pretty sure u can accomodate 4 in a room in their shophouse suite. Location is also great (for your family).
Last on the list is Holiday Inn only due to its quality compare to all the others on your list. But location wise, it is good. Kids under a certain age stay free for Holiday Inns (and this hotel definitely offer 2 double beds in one room)
Good Luck

Thank you de last one.
I wonder how HIP would consider us to be 4 or 5?
I mean we are 4 people requiring beds and a baby in a baby cot.
It would be so much cheaper to go for one of their double rooms rather than 2 rooms.
I have sent them an e-mail, but no answer yet.
in the old days, u can get away with a family of 4 plus one infant but nowadays, I have to say, my friends whose families consist of 5 members have a hard time without getting two rooms. The hotel chains have really come down hard on families with 3 kids.
If I am in your shoes, see how much u can get away with for point redemption and pay the difference or one room for the connecting rooms. This way, everyone will be really comfortable but if not, their double bedded rooms have just enough room for a baby cot. The only thing is, will they be willing.
Good Luck !
PS. Is Hilton on your list ? Coz I know that Hilton is having a huge say, stay 3 nights or more and get 50% off in Asia before summer (ends in June i think). This way, if u can get a room for free, u only need to pay S$175 for the connecting room !

Yes, Hilton is on our list, but we are staying Tuesday to Friday, I think the 50% offer is only for weekends?
I think if we can one room at HIP (The beds look so big in their twin rooms), its a great offer.
If we have to go for 2 rooms, we will choos Swiss Merch.court that you have recommended before.
Holiday Inn Parkview has two double beds, so it%26#39;s the best option in Singapore for 2 adults and 2 kids. You would only need a cot to fit in - and they are big rooms so that should be fine in terms of space. Not sure on their regulations re this, but it is a very comfortable hotel. We thought it was a very good standard when we stayed their with our 2 kids earlier this month. Give them a call without your name to see if they will agree. If not, book online for 2 adults and 2 kids and request a baby cot as part of that booking?
Thank you GWP.
I just spoke to someone at the front desk and they said it should be OK with the baby in the room.
What did you think of:
1. The location, MRT nearby, etc?
2. Pool OK for the kids?

I just found out that they have double-double rooms at Swiss Merchant Court.
Maybe thats a better option than double-double at Holiday Inn?
I had similar dilemma when I visited S%26#39;pore last yr. We are family of with children ages 6, 4 %26amp; 2.
We stayed at Hotel Perak in a single room with 2 double beds. They charged bit extra for baby.
