Transit hotel

We are planning to stay overnight in transit hotel but are worried as we cannot pick up our luggage and it will be sent to unclaimed luggage room and we will have to pick it up the next day. Has anyone experienced this?

Transit hotel

If you are flying with Singapore Air %26amp; your luggage is check thru all the way to Australia, then U won%26#39;t have to worry the luggage will be placed at the unclaimed Luggage room. (It will not make it onto the carousel)

In the above case, you will need to make sure you have all the necessities in your hand luggage. (Example: Spare Clothing for changing when in transit, medication (if any) %26amp; others.).

Good Luck

Thanks for your prompt reply. We are flying BA from Sydney arrive at about 22.00. The next day we fly with Tiger air our bags will be off loaded as if Singapore is our final destination. That is why I am worried about our baggage being left as unclaimed .

The transit hotel charges in six hour blocks, so if you are staying for longer than six hours you might like to look at the new Crowne Plaza at the airport. It%26#39;s a fantastic hotel, and if you pre-book you will be sure of a room. You can take your luggage with you and check through the next day. I have found the transit hotel does not always take bookings ahead - or will not hold if your flight is a bit late.

Ah, now Ur worries become more visible ^__^.

Well, BA Land at either one of the Main Terminal, whereelse, Tiger Air Fly from budget Terminal.(Which is about 7min away on the Free Shuttle)

Check this for Shuttle:

Hence, Ur luggage will only check till Singapore %26amp; will be on the Carousel till airport officer pickup %26amp; put it at the Lost %26amp; Claim. And which U can claim it the next day when u are ready to leave the Airport for Budget Terminal. This thread might help U:
