Hi is the airport that aisasia and tiger airways departs singapore from, very far from the international airport that qantas come in from australia or is the same aiport. Would i be required to clear customs in singapore before boarding airasia to kl?

Tiger Airways Depart / Arrive at Budget Terminal

(Free shuttle from Terminal 2 to Budget Terminal)

So you need to take a free Skytrain to Terminal 2 from Terminal 1 and then the free shuttles)

Budget Terminal is about 5min away from Terminal 1, 2 %26amp; 3 on the Free Shuttles.

Don%26#39;t think Qantas would be able to check U all the way to KL (If U are going to KL with AirAsia); so U will need to clear the custom, go up to Departing Hall %26amp; check in for your AirAsia Flight.
