I am flying to Australia in February via Singapore and will be in transit in Changi Airport for several hours. My flight arrives and departs from terminal 3, but I would like to use some of the features in terminal 1 (rooftop pool, rainforest lounge). Are passengers able to move between terminals whilst in transit?
Also, has anyone had any problems with luggage whilst being in transit- I%26#39;ve read a post that luggage is left on the carousel until the airline staff eventually retrieves it?

..Erm no. If your baggage is tagged to Australia then it does not make the luggage belt at Changi.

This is a misconception. You may or may not arrive at Terminal 3. You may be arriving at Terminal 2 as Singapore Airlines is operating from 2 terminals. If your plane that you are travelling in is scheduled to be used for a regional destination in the next sector, you will arrive in Terminal 2.
To make the best out of your transit at Singapore%26#39;s Changi Airport, check out this website ---%26gt; http://www.makingmomentsunforgettable.com
We are hoping to stay at transit but are worried about our luggage being left on carousel, did you have any problems with your luggage?
