Connections with Tigerair

Hi,

Could someone help please if we fly from Perth with Tigerair then onto Ho Chi Ming will they both leave from T1 and if so will I have to take my luggage and exit immigation then go in again.

Iam getting Perth Sin return not Pth to HCMC( we are travelling other places as well from HCMC). Its cheaper getting a return from Perth to Sin than Pth HCMC and then Sin -Pth.

Tiger Airways departs from the Budget Terminal, a short distance away from the other 3 International Terminals. As Tiger is a low cost, point-to-point carrier, I think you%26#39;ll have to collect your bags upon arrival and then check in again for your flight to HCMC ... perhaps a SG DE can confirm this.

Are you flying the SIN-SGN segment on Singapore Airlines or Vietnam Airlines?

If Singapore Airlines, your connecting flight will depart Terminal 2. If Vietnam Airlines, your connecting flight will depart Terminal 1. Your Perth-SIN segment will arrive at the Budget Terminal, where you will need to clear immigration, collect your luggage, clear customs (in that order), then catch a free shuttle bus to T2 or T1 as above. There should be a few buses waiting when you come out landside.

I have flown with tiger from Perth.

We went Perth to Phuket but had a stop in Singapore, we then had to take our bags off and then check-in again for the Singapore- Phuket leg.

Also the same when we flew Perth to Shenzhen with tiger.
