Airport Transfers

I need to get from the International airport (arriving 2130 on Singapore airlines from Australia) to Sembawang.

Was considering the catching trains out to Sembawang station, but am thinking a private limo transfer or cab would be a better option.

Would private transfers service this area, or the approx cost for a taxi?
